How can yoga help?

All stress, both physical and mental, is stored somewhere in the body. True stress reduction is a matter of becoming aware of it, and discovering how to release that tension on all levels.

Yoga offers simple, safe and practical techniques that quickly relieve tension and stress. Plus, it’s easy to do, portable and cost effective. In our yoga programs the participants will experience and learn practices that can have immediate and long-term effects, and can be integrated into their daily routine – at home, at work, or on the road.
